In order to streamline order requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid account is required to submit any requests.

Each Order Ticket ("Ticket") is governed by the terms and conditions set forth in the Data Purchase Agreement located at http://connectingdotsllc.com/legal.html (the "Agreement"), which is incorporated herein by reference. Each Ticket shall be considered a "Ticket" as that term is defined in the Agreement. By submitting a Ticket, Advertiser authorizes Connecting the Dots LLC to place the campaign described in the Ticket on Advertiser's behalf, and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement.
